Our Process
Screening
When we onboard a candidate, we perform a CV review, an initial telephone call/zoom call & create a detailed recruitment plan to ensure candidates are informed and aware of the recruitment process.
Interviewing
Once we have found a shortlist of suitable applicants for your job role, we then start our interviewing process. This covers the basics of the role, and to test their ability is more than just words. We then hand the candidate over to you to perform your in-house interviewing to ensure the individual is the right fit for your business.
You're Hired!
Upon the basis you find the right applicant and following a successful interview, we then perform our off-boarding process, which transitions the successful candidate from our system over to you.
